Courses
Back-Up New Zealand is very proud to have rigorous standards of participant customer care. Coordinators and instructors are highly qualified, with international experience gained over years of working with outdoor adventure providers, specializing in adapting activities for people with varying abilities.
Courses are between 5 and 7 days long and are designed to challenge... this is not a week long holiday.
Our philosophy is to take you outside your comfort zone, providing challenges in a safe environment, demonstrating that with some lateral thinking, anything is possible. Our vision is that skills learnt can be transferred to your everyday lives. Helping you to push boundaries using your renewed belief in your physical and intellectual abilities.
All Back-Up New Zealand Courses include accommodation and food. Personal cares can be provided if needed, please talk to us if you have any concerns in this area.

Whilst money is hard to find, demand for our course delivery is increasing. Every effort to meet the demands is being made.
The 2010 Course Calendar will be made available as soon as practical.
